In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pk393", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the pk393 platform, operating under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the pk393 website accessible at pk393.app, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, and features offered thereon.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created upon successful completion of the pk393 registration process.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated balance held within your pk393 Account representing funds available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a sports betting market, casino game outcome, or any other gaming event available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or enhanced odds offer credited to your Account subject to applicable terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm user identity, age, and payment details.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

References to singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager on pk393, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered and unregistered visitors.

These Terms should be read alongside the pk393 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and pk393.

pk393 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register an Account and use the pk393 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk393 enforces a strict minimum age policy and zero tolerance for underage gambling. Age verification via CNIC or equivalent government-issued identification is mandatory.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted or not expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform by pk393 or any affiliated operator.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order you have voluntarily requested through pk393's responsible gaming tools.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balances or bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number in 03xx format or email address, and a valid payment method. pk393 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pk393 will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone support.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not permit any other person to access or use your Account, including family members or friends.
• You must use a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• You must notify pk393 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or suspected compromise of your credentials.
• You must ensure that you fully log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

pk393 shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised Account access where such access arises from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. Any Wager placed through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — will be treated as valid unless you notified pk393 of unauthorised access prior to the Wager being placed and confirmed.

pk393 employs 256-bit SSL encryption, device recognition alerts, login attempt throttling, and optional two-factor authentication to assist in protecting your Account. These technical measures supplement but do not replace your own responsibility to protect your credentials.

pk393 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR-denominated transactions are processed at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable.

• Minimum deposit: PKR 100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to Account tier, active bonus terms, and applicable KYC status.
• Processing time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, and Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving institution.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. pk393 reserves the right to reverse any deposit received from a payment method that does not match the verified Account holder name and to close the Account pending investigation.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically feasible, as a standard anti-money laundering control. pk393 may request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal, including source-of-funds evidence where the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds applicable thresholds.

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. USDT TRC20 deposits and withdrawals are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are borne by the user.

pk393 offers various promotional bonuses to registered users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL-specific cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotional page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bonuses are credited to your Account as bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real funds.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the specific promotion terms) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any uncompleted wagering requirement and associated bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry.
• pk393 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering completion process.
• pk393 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus credited as a result of error, system fault, or suspected abuse.

All sports betting markets and casino games on the pk393 Platform are governed by specific game and market rules published within each respective product section. The following general principles apply across all pk393 gaming products:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed. You may not cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed Wager except where pk393's specific market rules expressly permit it.
• In-play cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures at National Stadium Karachi, Gaddafi Stadium Lahore, and other venues — are governed by real-time data feeds. pk393 shall not be liable for delays in data transmission that may affect the timing of in-play bet acceptance.
• pk393 reserves the right to void any Wager placed on an event where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the odds were demonstrably incorrect at the time of placement, or where the relevant data provider has issued a correction.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators. Outcomes are independent of previous results. pk393 does not guarantee any particular return to player in any individual gaming session.
• Minimum and maximum Wager limits apply per market and per game title. These limits are displayed within each respective game or betting market interface.
• pk393 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum payout, or maximum cumulative winnings available to any Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons.
• All game outcomes and betting results are final as recorded in the pk393 system log, which constitutes the authoritative record of all transactions. In the event of a discrepancy between a user's device display and the pk393 system log, the system log shall prevail.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the pk393 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or if you have self-excluded.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not sanctioned by pk393.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known or suspected platform errors must be reported to support and will be void.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime using the Platform or your Wallet.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing or placing Wagers based on inside information regarding the outcome of any sporting event.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, geolocation control, or access restriction implemented by pk393.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk393 staff or other users through any communication channel.

pk393 actively monitors betting patterns and account activity using automated and manual review processes. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice. During an investigation, access to Wallet balances may be temporarily restricted.

pk393 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling among all users across Pakistan. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be treated as a primary income source or a mechanism for recovering financial losses. pk393 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount deposited into your Wallet.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic pop-up notifications displaying your net wagering position and session duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your pk393 Account. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period and will be processed within 24 hours of the request being received.

If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, please use the self-exclusion tool available in your Account settings, or contact pk393 support to request immediate Account closure. You may also seek assistance from international responsible gaming resources, which provide counselling and support for problem gambling.

pk393 staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and are authorised to initiate responsible gaming interventions on accounts displaying relevant behavioural indicators, including abnormal wagering patterns, large and rapid loss accumulation, or repeated requests to reverse self-exclusion decisions.

All content on the pk393 Platform — including but not limited to the pk393 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, written content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pk393 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of pk393.
• You may not use the pk393 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written authorisation.
• Game content provided by third-party software providers is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights and their respective licensing agreements with pk393.

Any unauthorised use of pk393 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk393 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of Wallet funds resulting from unauthorised Account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond pk393's reasonable control.
• Delays in in-play betting markets caused by data feed latency, telecommunications failures, or internet service provider issues on your end.
• Losses resulting from wagering decisions made by you, including decisions influenced by publicly available statistics, tips, or third-party predictions.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

pk393's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, regardless of the legal basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wallet in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk393's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pk393 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, subject to the dormant account procedure described below.

Upon Account closure, pk393 will process a refund of any verified, unencumbered Wallet balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, after deducting any amounts owed to pk393 including outstanding bonus reclaims. Balances derived from or subject to ongoing investigations may be withheld pending resolution.

Dormant accounts — those with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months — will be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of PKR 50, deducted from the Wallet balance where a balance exists. pk393 will make reasonable attempts to notify you before applying dormancy fees. Where the Wallet balance reaches zero, the Account will be archived.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting pk393 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your Account, any Wager, a promotion, or any other aspect of the pk393 service, you should follow the procedure below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to pk393 support by email at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including relevant Account information, dates, amounts, and any supporting documentation. pk393 support will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: pk393 will conduct a full internal review of your complaint and issue a written response within seven (7) business days. For complex disputes, pk393 may request additional time and will notify you accordingly.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with pk393's response following the internal review, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under pk393's operating licence. Details of the applicable escalation body will be provided in pk393's written response to Step 2.

All disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. pk393 will not consider complaints submitted outside this timeframe except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

pk393 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Reasons for amendments may include but are not limited to: changes in applicable law or regulatory requirements, introduction of new products or services on the Platform, changes to payment processing arrangements, or corrections to ambiguous or incomplete provisions.

When material amendments are made, pk393 will provide notice through one or more of the following channels: a notification displayed upon next login to your Account, an email to your registered address, or a notice posted on the Platform homepage. The amended Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure through pk393 support before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk393 holds its international gaming licence.

Nothing in this clause shall limit pk393's ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in connection with any actual or threatened breach of these Terms relating to intellectual property rights, confidentiality, or prohibited conduct.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
